I'm Lexa and I am probably one of the
most stressed individuals on this planet. Now, unless I have told you that
fact before, you most likely would have never of guessed. Over the course
of my life I have found many ways to help myself manage different stresses in order to remain calm. I tend to be a very positive person and am always looking on
the bright side of situations. Stress can be something extremely hard to deal with
and that is why I am very excited to share the simple remedies I have come across that will
be able to help anyone cope.
Each week I will introduce a
new way to help remain positive during stressful times. I wanted to start off with
the easiest and most effective approach, that most of us take for granted; JUST BREATHE. Breathing seems so
natural and something we already do without even thinking, but we often forget how
important it is during stressful measures. During your next stressful
situation, take a minute to just slow down and focus on your breath. Focusing on only your breathe will help you relax and and give you a chance to calm down.

ReplyDeleteI'm always looking for ways to relieve stress, particularly new creative ideas - remembering to just breathe is a great reminder. I'll be checking back for sure!
